If you can't make it to the big Korean pop extravaganza SM Town Live in Dubai on Friday, there's another chance to get infuse some K-pop into your life.

Boy band Snuper will be in the UAE, where they will hold a meet-and-greet at the Korean Cultural Centre in Abu Dhabi on April 8. The event is already fully booked but from there they head to Al Ain, Ajman and Sharjah as part of a tour of the UAE where fans can catch a free concert.

They’ll perform at Sheikh Zayed Centre at Ajman University at 7pm on April 9, the auditorium at the American University of Sharjah at 2pm on April 10, and the auditorium at HCT on Al Ain Women’s campus at 3.30pm on April 12.

The group was formed in 2015 by Widmay Entertainment and consists of six members: Suhyun, Sangil, Taewoong, Woosung, Sangho and Sebin. Snuper released their synthpop-fused debut single Shall We Dance later that year.

The UAE has enjoyed a big influx of Korean pop acts in recent months. Besides SM Town Live – which features some of the biggest K-pop acts including Exo, BoA, Girls' Generation and Super Junior, the Korean Cultural Centre also staged a mini performance featuring varying types of Korean music when South Korean President Moon Jae-in was a guest.

He was in the country last week to help promote ties between the UAE and South Korea but also stopped to enjoyed the concert which feature Second Moon, Lyn and girl group Apink at the National Theatre in Abu Dhabi.
