The fourth and final artist performing as part of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix F1 after race concerts will be announced this Tuesday, but promoters Flash Entertainment and Yas Marina Circuit have released a clue about who the November 22 act will be.

And I'm guessing it will be Post Malone (who this year broke The Beatles' record for most simultaneous top 20 Billboard hits).

If I'm right, Malone will join already announced acts The Weeknd, Sam Smith and Guns'N'Roses who will perform from November 23 to 25 respectively. Here are four reasons I think the Rockstar rapper is the answer to the F1 clue...

The clue Yas Marina posted:

Clue 1: Rap name

Unlike the clues alluding to the previous artists (such as a November weather report forecasting rain for Guns and Roses), this is far more subtle in that it simply asked us to figure out our “rap name” based on the month and day of our birth (mine is the horrible Dragon Reserve). This had me thinking it must be a rapper coming (rather than a big DJ as originally presumed).

Clue 2: The new kids on the rap block

The second clue can be found in the list of names included in the game. Monikers like "Lil," "Real," Wolf" explicitly point to the new generation of rappers such as Lil Uzi Vert and Yelawolf, and Post Malone is definitely part of this group.

Clue 3: The name generator

Being a fan of Childish Gambino, I know he created his name through an online rap generator, so this lead me to do research on other rappers who created their name using the same method, which would line up with the clue.

That is when Post Malone came up. While I'd also love it if it was Childish Gambino, Post Malone is definitely a rapper on the rise. If the Abu Dhabi F1 can bring a rapper like J Cole, who performed last year as part of the after race concerts, they can definitely bring someone as chart-topping as Post Malone.

Clue 4: Finding the pattern

Focusing on Post Malone, I began to see a number of correlations between him and the names mentioned in the generator. For example, November 22, the day of his performance, matches the names “Real” and “Swift”. This points to both Post Malone’s 2017 track Real and the fact that pop princess Taylor Swift is a reported fan of the rapper.

Meanwhile, another name on the list, "Teddy" could refer to one of Malone's favourite street wear designers Teddy Fresh, while the tag "Alone" could also refer to last year's collaborative track Alone with Torey Lanez.

Now these are all hunches at best, but they all seem to point to one of rap’s rising stars making his welcome debut in the Middle East, which would be very good news indeed.

Stay tuned to The National’s Arts and Culture section for the announcement to be made about 11am on Tuesday.

To attend the four Yasalam After-Race Concert performances it is necessary to purchase a ticket for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Tickets are available online at www.yasmarinacircuit.com, through the Yas Marina Circuit Call Centre (800 927) or +971 (0) 2 659 9800, as well as through all Etihad Shops and Virgin Megastores, Yas Central Express stand at Yas Mall, and through the YasHUB smartphone app and its Facebook shop: facebook.com/yasmarinacircuit
