Donald Trump met K-pop boy band Exo and fans give mixed reaction

In a surprise exchange, the boy band were on hand to greet the US President along with the South Korean President ahead of a dinner in Seoul

In one of the more interesting meetings of 2019, US President Donald Trump, his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner were not only greeted by South Korean President Moon Jae-In on Saturday but also by the popular K-pop boy band Exo.

Travelling to Seoul after the G20 Summit in Japan, some fans were surprised to see the K-pop stars also in attendance. During the reception, the first family were gifted with copies of Exo’s latest album Love Shot. The moment was caught on video. Upon receiving the gift, Ivanka said, "Thank you so much, this is so nice of you" and then she remarked, "Oh and it's signed!"

Upon news of this interaction, Exo-Ls took to social media to share their feelings. Not all were super pleased:
