In one of the more interesting meetings of 2019, US President Donald Trump, his daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner were not only greeted by South Korean President Moon Jae-In on Saturday but also by the popular K-pop boy band Exo.
Travelling to Seoul after the G20 Summit in Japan, some fans were surprised to see the K-pop stars also in attendance. During the reception, the first family were gifted with copies of Exo's latest album Love Shot. The moment was caught on video. Upon receiving the gift, Ivanka said, "Thank you so much, this is so nice of you" and then she remarked, "Oh and it's signed!"

Upon news of this interaction, Exo-Ls took to social media to share their feelings. Not all were super pleased:
While others were more, well, surprised by the meeting in general:
now how did donald trump meet exo before me pic.twitter.com/LtGCZN1OCN

And then, there were those who put politics aside and were downbeat that the Trump family got albums before they did:

I cant believe trump had a hi touch with exo and now owns a personally signed album before ME... He hasn't even stanned them since pre-debut like i have

Of course, one fan thought she'd try a different approach:
@realDonaldTrump hey, can i just take that signed exo album you just so happened to get from them? dm me for my address. thank you.
