BTS fans in the UAE are making themselves heard: they want the mega popular K-pop group to come back to the emirates.
After it was recently announced the boy band would be bringing their Love Yourself: Speak Yourself tour to Riyadh in October, their Army (a nickname given to their fans that stands for Adorable Representative MC for Youth) took to social media to tweet a simple message: #wewantBTSinUAE.

We want to see BTS in Dubai please 😭😭 pic.twitter.com/bjRtiG6sk9
After all, the seven-member band are getting a Dubai star later this year as part of the Dubai Walk of Fame and if they're going to be in Riyadh, why not make a stop over?
Besides, it's been a while since they were last here – BTS previously performed in the UAE as part of KCON in Abu Dhabi, but that was back in 2016.
Here are some memorable moments from their time last in the UAE:
BTS came to UAE 🇦🇪 back in 2016 for Kcon and for summer package, We think it’s time for our boys to come back for A CONCERT!!! @ZayedSportsCity we #UAEARMY been waiting for soo long please make it happen 💜💜

In the years since, the group has found massive success on the world stage. They became the first K-pop act to win a Billboard music award and were also the first to top the Billboard 200 charts – not once, not twice, but three times. They have also collaborated with the likes of Steve Aoki, Halsey and Nicki Minaj. They even have their own Mattel dolls.
With the success of SMTown Live Dubai in 2018, which featured some of the biggest names in Korean pop music including Exo, BoA, Girls' Generation and Super Junior, the emirate seems poised to host another K-pop party. And why not have it be for one of the biggest boy bands in the world?
Fans tweeted about how they could easily sell out Abu Dhabi's Zayed Sports City Stadium:
this is probably the best place to hold the Speak Yourself World Tour in the UAE 💜 It's the Zayed Sports City Stadium in Abu Dhabi with the capacity of 43K. 🇦🇪 #wewantBTSinUAE @bts_bighit @BigHitEnt @Emako_org @Dubai_Calendar @ZayedSportsCity pic.twitter.com/EPNgOll6LH

After all, as one fan pointed out, once the Saudi gig is finished, they have a two-week period without anything lined up before resuming their tour in Seoul:

With the Dubai Walk of Stars set to unveil its first 400 stars in October, could this tie-in with a surprise visit by the group? We'll be the first to let you know if we hear anything.
