Afrojack, Major Lazer and Zedd: Ultra Abu Dhabi announces its line-up

The inaugural Ultra Abu Dhabi will take place at du Arena with some of electronic dance music's biggest names coming to the capital

Electronic music fans are in for a treat – some of EDM's biggest acts are heading to the capital for the inaugural Ultra Abu Dhabi. Afrojack, Alesso, DJ Snake, Major Lazer, Zedd and the Return of Dash Berlin are some of the big names scheduled to perform during the two-day event at du Arena on Thursday, March 5 and Friday, March 6.

Organised in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT – Abu Dhabi), Ultra is bringing some of the world’s best electronic dance music artists and DJs to the Middle East. The internationally acclaimed music festival will be the highlight of Abu Dhabi Music Week, a ten-day festival of music and dance taking place from March 1 to 14.

The full headliners line-up features Afrojack, Alesso, Cirez D, The Return of Dash Berlin, DJ Snake, Eric Prydz, Kshmr, Luciano, Major Lazer, Nicky Romero, Sasha & John Digweed, Seth Troxler and Zedd. In addition to the acts taking to the main stage, there will also be supporting acts including Deborah De Luca, Eats Everything and Nic Faniulli. Tickets are on sale now. General admission tickets are Dh640 while premium general admission is Dh780.

Founded in Miami in 1999, Ultra Music Festival has seen the likes of Marshmello, Deadmau5, The Chainsmokers, Carl Cox and David Guetta perform. The festival holds franchise events around the world and has previously visited Mexico, Singapore, Brazil, South Korea and South Africa.
