Julio Iglesias to play in Dubai

Julio Iglesias will play on the same stage his son commanded last year. The legendary crooner will play at Dubai World Trade Center’s Sheikh Rashid Hall on March 21.

Julio Iglesias will play on the same stage his son commanded last year. The legendary crooner will play at Dubai World Trade Center’s Sheikh Rashid Hall on March 21. Iglesias is surely hoping to emulate the capacity crowd that turned up to watch Enrique last October.

With over 300 million albums sold, the elder pop statesman has over a dozen hits, some of which were recorded in as many as 14 different languages.According to concert promoters M4 Events, Iglesias is bringing a greatest hits set to Dubai featuring Begin The Beguine, Crazy, Summer Wind and of course the classic karaoke staple To All The Girls I’ve Loved Before.

To celebrate his arrival, Sony Music Middle East released a special Middle East Tour Edition compilation album featuring Oriental remixes of his classic hits, which is out now.Tickets begin from Dh320 and can be purchased on www.juliodubai.com.
