Gaming news: Wolfenstein goes to Hollywood
Doom may have already been there, but now it seems that arguably the first-ever first-person shooter is heading to the big screen as well.
According to the rumour mill, Roger Avary (the producer of the Resident Evil films) is bringing Wolfenstein 3D to cinemas with Castle Wolfenstein, which will apparently follow a US Army captain and a British special agent as they attempt to unravel Hitler's new secret weapon.
Let's just hope it doesn't end like the first game in 1992, which featured a somewhat blocky Führer in special body armour bouncing around with a couple of machine guns.
