Amitabh Bachchan is in Eastern Europe shooting a huge fantasy adventure trilogy, and he's been sharing plenty of travel snaps and insights while there
Big B's been busy on social media from the set of 'Brahmastra' - here's what we learnt
Amitabh Bachchan is currently in Bulgaria shooting Ayan Mukerji’s trilogy, Brahmastra. And the star seems to have some time on his hands as he has fired off numerous tweets and Instagram pictures from the set. His latest tweet said that he had managed to get the cast, who have been filming in the Eastern European country since early 2018, Indian food.
Brahmastra, produced by Karan Johar, will star Bachchan along with Ranbir Kapoor, Nagarjuna and Alia Bhatt. Although not much has been revealed about the film, we do know that it is a fantasy adventure trilogy that is set for release August 15, 2019 (Indian Independence Day).
This Instagram post shows the star curled up trying to stay warm, while giving another clue as to where filming is taking place - "beating the cold on the Volga." The Volga is Europe's largest river, and it flows through Central Russia, so perhaps some of the movie is being shot there?
Still feeling the cold, Bachchan Instagrammed another picture of himself with the cast.
He appears to be working hard too though, posting this picture on Twitter after a night shoot.
"Off to work in the rain and slush and till the morning .. back now at 3 am .. but the work is wondrous, and the care pre eminent .. "Brahmastra" in Bulgaria .."
