Come Away, a new fantasy film starring Angelina Jolie and David Oyelowo (Selma), has released its first trailer.
Directed by Academy-award winner Brenda Chapman (Brave) and written by Marissa Kate Goodill, the film is set in a time before Peter was in Neverland and Alice was in Wonderland.
Portrayed as adventurous siblings, it's an origin fairy tale story that brings two of the most beloved children characters in literature together in one story.
Jolie and Oyelowo play parents Rose and Jack to children Peter (Jordan Nash) and Alice (Kiera Chansa) who have wild imaginations. However, after the family is struck by tragedy and financial burdens, the two children escape their reality into a fantasy world, only to be forced to come together to find a way to save their family.
Come Away is set to be released in US cinemas and on demand on November 13, almost 11 months after the epic fairy tale adventure had its world premiere at Sundance Film Festival in January this year. International release dates are yet to be announced.
