Most of Dubai’s galleries will synchronise their exhibition openings today and tonight during the city’s quarterly Art Night.

Alserkal Avenue in the Al Quoz industrial area will be open most of the day and evening welcoming guests to see their March exhibitions, which include Kamrooz Aram’s solo show at Green Art Gallery, Shahpour Pouyan at Lawrie Shabibi and a group show by Rokni Haerizadeh, Ramin Haerizadeh and Hesam Rahmania at Gallery Isabelle van den Eynde.

Over at Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), there are several more exhibitions lined up as well as live art performances, ping pong tables, fitness initiatives, film screenings and a creative workshop from Brownbook magazine.

The night at DIFC will be accompanied by music from DJ Break Lobito, Freshly Ground Sounds and Clusterfunk.

In Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood, the Sikka Art Fair continues with artists populating most of the small houses in the area as well as a compelling Walid Siti exhibition at XVA Gallery.

Art Night is the perfect precursor to Art Dubai, which opens its doors for a VIP preview tomorrow and to the public from Wednesday to Sunday at Madinat Jumeirah.
