Dubai beats off competition from Hamburg and Moscow to host the 2013 world aquatics championships.

<p>ROME // Dubai will host the 2013 world aquatics championships, the International Swimming Federation (FINA) president Mustapha Larfaoui confirmed today. The city beat off competition from Hamburg and Moscow. Larfaoui made the announcement at a news conference in Rome, where the 2009 championships are taking place.
