Dubai coach Rene Marsiglia.

Pro League previews: Marsiglia wants to keep momentum up with Dubai

Al Shabab v Dubai

Rene Marsiglia, the Dubai coach, is confident his team can keep their impressive run going at Al Shabab.

Dubai have lost just twice this season and are seventh in the standings with 15 points. Shabab lost five during a poor start, but have recovered to post three consecutive wins.

"They are a much better than what their current position suggests," Marsiglia said. "But I have confidence in the ability of my team to keep their strong performance going and achieve a good result."

The hosts will be missing striker Edgar Bruno through suspension.

Al Dhafra v Al Nasr

Bringing consistency is at the top of Laurent Banide's agenda as the Frenchman starts his second tour at Al Dhafra after being announced as Dzemal Hadziabdic's replacement last week.

Banide, who led Dhafra in 2009, said: "I want to take Dhafra away from this cycle of ups and downs because I believe the team belongs among the top clubs. We have got some top players and I just need to work on their mental side."

Banide has not had much time to work with the team, but he is hoping for a "good result" today against Al Nasr.
