Omar's relief at victory

Mohammed Omar, the Al Nasr forward, pointed to Friday's 3-2 win at Sharjah as a key victory for his side in the battle against relegation. The win moved Nasr up to seventh in the table, with no team apart from the top three appearing to be safe from the drop. "It is the first three points we have won from eight games and this was a significant turnaround for us," said Omar. "There is severe pressure on all those teams with no hopes of closing in on the leaders.
