Al Dhafra took their points to four from two games after a 2-1 away win over fellow new boys Dibba Al Fujairah at the Khalifa bin Zayed stadium in Al Ain. Makhete Diop, right, put Abu Dhabi's Western Region club ahead on the hour and Abdulla Al Jaberi doubled the score 11 minutes later. Junior, the Brazilian, pulled one back for Dibba in the 90th minute but it was too late for a comeback. Dibba are having to play their home games in Al Ain as their stadium does not fulfil league standards. Dhafra are unbeaten after two games while it was Dibba's first defeat after holding Dubai for a scoreless draw.
