What do you think should be the rules on public beaches?
Public beaches in Dubai will soon have large signs warning women about dressing appropriately when bathing and against indecent exposure contrary to the cultural values of the UAE. Dubai Municipality said the decision followed repeated complaints from residents about nudity, mostly among tourists. Are UAE beaches too restrictive or not restrictive enough?
