Abu Dhabi tourist office opens in New Delhi to attract more Indian holidaymakers

The Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (TCA) has opened an office in New Delhi to attract more tourists and serve the potential Indian market.

It takes less than three hours to fly from most places in India to Abu Dhabi International Airport, with 124 flights a week linking nine Indian destinations.

According to the TCA, from January to the end of November last year 125,180 Indian guests stayed in Abu Dhabi's hotels and hotel apartments - a 30 per cent increase on the first 11 months of 2011.
