Surgeon arrested for making 'inappropriate gesture'

A surgeon has been arrested in Dubai for public indecency after he allegedly made an inappropriate gesture to a motorist, British media reported.

Dr Joseph Nunoo-Mensah, from King's College Hospital, London, has been detained and had his passport confiscated by police.
