Abu Dhabi Crown Prince begins visit to Algeria


Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, has begun a two-day visit to Algeria.

He arrived at Houari Boumedienne aiport with senior officials, reported the state news agency, Wam.

They included Sheikh Nahyan, the chairman of the board of trustees of the Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan Charitable and Humanitarian Foundation; Sheikh Mansour, Deputy Prime Minster and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Sheikh Hamed, the chief of the Crown Prince’s Court.

They were met by the speaker of Algeria’s National Assembly, Abdul Qadir bin Saleh; the speaker of Algeria’s People’s National Assembly, Mohammed Larbi Ould Khelifa; the prime minister, Abdul-Malik Salal; the UAE ambassador to Algeria, Mohammed Ali Nasser; and the Algerian ambassador to the UAE, Hamid Chebira.
