Pakistan's Sheikh Khalifa bridge opens

The Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan Bridge over Pakistan's Swat River was opened on Friday by the UAE ambassador, Essa Abdullah Al Pasha Al Noeemi, said Wam, the state news agency.

The Dh46.3 million bridge, funded by the UAE, will aid development in the flood-ravaged area.
