Pair deny using fake passports

The National staff

An Afghan man and woman denied using fake UK passports bought for US$60,000 (Dh220,400), at the State Security Court yesterday. They entered the UAE with their original passports but allegedly used the fake ones to travel to the UK.

The pair said they were unaware of the forgery.
