National Day offenders pardoned

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has pardoned drivers who broke traffic rules during celebrations of the 38th national day of the UAE. Motorists have signed a pledge not to repeat their violations in the future. About 129 out of 1350 vehicles which caused chaos and obstructed traffic movement during the national day celebrations on December 2 and 3 were impounded by Dubai Traffic Police.
