Man hands himself in to police over death of co-worker in Dubai

A man handed himself in to police after saying he stabbed a co-worker to death.

Dubai Police said the Pakistani supervisor, in his twenties, had an argument with two workmates before trying to run them over with his car in Jumeirah Village Circle on the night of November 26.

They said he told them he then got out of his car and stabbed one of the men, a Pakistani worker, eight times. The second man managed to escape.

The case was reported to police by the second man, who found his friend's body.

Police said the man confessed over the phone and was arrested in Al Barsha.
