Man dies after car 'split in half'
Dubai // A 29-year-old Bahraini man was killed in the early hours of this morning in a car crash. The motorist, who was driving a Mercedes S500, lost control of the vehicle and crashed into a lamp post after the Festival City tunnel in the direction of Al Rashidiya at 3.20am. Police said the impact of the crash caused the vehicle to break in half, killing the driver instantly. rabubaker@thenational.ae
