Maid's husband denies raping boy
ABU DHABI // An eight-year-old boy was raped by the husband of his family's house maid, an Abu Dhabi court heard.
PH, from the Philippines, denied raping AB while the boy's parents were at work.
However, Chief Justice Sayed Abdul Baseer, the head of the Abu Dhabi Criminal Court of First Instance, told PH that medical tests proved intercourse had occurred.
"You had intercourse with your wife while she was working in the kitchen. Then you went inside and had anal sex with AB," said the judge.
A forensics expert due to appear yesterday did not attend.
The case was adjourned until March 11.
