Judicial training to boost service

ABU DHABI // Nearly 140 judiciary employees are being put through training to improve efficiency and provide a better service. Courses such as "time management and overcoming pressure at work", "excellent customer service" and "the art of dealing with the public" are among seven compulsory courses at the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. "The courses will help staff meet the requirements of the job. Our staff will be better able to serve the public," said Saleh al Junaibi, the department's human resources manager. Twenty judicial employees completed the public relations course last week, while 20 others are participating in the time management lessons. In August, the department announced it would start shuffling the roles of its staff to better use individual talents.
