Honda vehicles to be recalled across UAE

A recall of 947 Honda CR-V models has been announced because of a fault that can cause a door to not lock properly and open during driving.

The issue affects MY 2012 models and owners are being urged to take their car for a service and inspection by the Ministry of Economy's Department of Consumer Protection.

The problem relates to the manual or power lock, which can cause the cable connecting the interior door handle to the door latch becoming loose. Owners of the model should contact Honda's customer care centre on 800-HONDA.
