Reasons for rejecting requests

Drug-to-drug interaction: The prescribed drugs have a high possibility of interacting with each other, which may cause a serious health hazard.

Drug-to-age contraindication: The prescribed drug is not appropriate for the patient's age.

Diagnosis-to-drug indication: The prescribed drug is not indicated for the diagnosis mentioned in the prescription that was issued.

Refill-too-soon: Any request made before the previous supply of the same drug is consumed.
