Hanged worker had stab wounds
SHARJAH // Police are investigating the death of a 26-year-old Indian worker who had suffered multiple stab wounds and was found hanged from the ceiling of his room in Sharjah Industrial Area.
Management from the man's company called police on Thursday night and said one of their workers had committed suicide. The body was taken to a police laboratory to establish the cause of death. A report is expected before the end of the week.
Police are questioning some of the dead man's colleagues and roommates.
