Getting to the games By park and ride: Park-and-ride services will operate from two secure car parks close to the grounds, from two and a half hours before the start of each game until two hours after the last match of the day. Stewards will guide spectators to the buses. One is at Mushrif Park, near the intersection of Al Karamah Street (24th) and Mohammed Bin Khalifa Street (15th). It is for residents of Abu Dhabi island only, for matches at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium on December 9, 11 and 15. The other is at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre off Al Karamah Street (24th) between 29th and 33rd streets. It is for people who live off Abu Dhabi island attending matches at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium on December 9, 11 and 15, and for all spectators attending matches at Zayed Sports City on December 12, 16 and 19. By shuttle bus: Two free shuttles will run to the grounds, from two and a half hours before the start of every game until two hours after the last match of the day. One will start at Marina Mall, the other at Tourist Club Area. Both will make selected stops along the way, including the main bus terminal on Fourth Street. By taxi: If hailing a cab, pay the fare on the meter. Riders will be dropped at a taxi stand and should follow signs to the nearest entrance. By car: No one without a parking pass should drive to either stadium; drivers without passes will be turned away at checkpoints. A limited number of passes were awarded at the time tickets were purchased. Parking passes must be attached to the rear-view mirror. Entry will be allowed only through the numbered gate printed on the parking pass; a map on the pass will show the location of the allocated car park. Disabled spectators should receive a parking pass with their ticket and will be allowed to park near the disabled seating area at Zayed Sports City. For games at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium, there will be buses with disabled access at the park-and-ride. Tickets must be bought in advance; none will be sold at the grounds on match days. Prices range from Dh10 to Dh300. Each ticket is for a specific numbered seat. Seating in both stadiums is divided into four categories. Category 1 is the most expensive. Entry is free for children under two who do not occupy a seat. Orders of more than 20 tickets must be made on the hotline. Discounts are available for bulk orders: 10 per cent for 21 to 100 tickets; 20 per cent for more than 100 tickets. Women-only seating is available at all games at the Category 1 price. Ticket holders may not sell or transfer their ticket without the written approval of the organisers. Tickets from any source other than the organisers, including unauthorised brokers or internet auctions, will be invalid. Ticket delivery and pickup All UAE and GCC customers who requested ticket delivery will receive their orders through Aramex. New tickets ordered through the call centre or online must be collected in person, at the Club World Cup offices on Delma Street (13th) near Karamah Street (24th) until Tuesday. Once the tournament starts, tickets can be collected from Mushrif Park's park-and-ride near the intersection of Al Karamah Street and Mohammed bin Khalifa Street. International ticket buyers who requested delivery have been asked to pick up their tickets at the Football House on Delma Street. Tickets could not be delivered due to delays in production and distribution. Stadium access Gates will open two hours before games. Ticket holders will have access to fan zones, with live entertainment, football-related activities and outlets selling tournament merchandise. The zones will be open before and after games. Both stadiums have disabled access. Spectators in wheelchairs need a ticket. A person accompanying them will also need a ticket, and will sit in the same area. Food Food from the home regions of participating teams will be sold in the fan zones outside the grounds. Snack items such as nachos, popcorn and soft drinks will be available inside the stadiums. Money There are no ATMs inside the ticketed area of either stadium. Fans can buy merchandise, food and drink with cash or a Visa card. What's not allowed There is a long list, including: smoking, food and drink, alcohol, umbrellas, bottles, cups, cans, cooler boxes, fireworks, flares, flagpoles, banners or flags larger than two metres by 1.5 metres, ladders, stools, folding chairs, boxes, large bags or rucksacks, rolls of paper, laser pointers or megaphones. Violence, intoxication or a failure to adhere to UAE dress codes will lead to ejection. Recording equipment and professional cameras are banned. Spectators will not be allowed to return to the stadium after leaving the ticketed area.
