Etisalat to let mobile customers carry over unused minutes
Etisalat will allow customers with mobile packages that include a set amount of call time to carry over unused minutes to the next month.
It is understood the introduction of "rollover minutes" comes after some customers complained about unused time expiring.
In the future, local or international minutes will remain valid for another month. "We understand our customers' mobile usage is not constant and can vary from month to month," said Etisalat's chief marketing officer, Matthew Willsher.
