School safety campaign concludes in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI // A three-month school safety campaign has concluded in the capital.

Col Sami Al Naqbi, director of the civil protection and safety department at Abu Dhabi civil defence, headed the "My School's Safety" campaign organised by the Abu Dhabi Education Council, Emirates Transport and the National Security Institute.

Lectures were held at 202 government schools to educate 25,030 pupils and staff about the UAE code for fire prevention.
