Dubai Customs seize drugs hidden in bags of shrimp

The National staff

Dubai Customs has seized drugs hidden in bags of shrimp and seeds on an Asia-bound ship trying to enter Al Hamriya Port.

Officers found 84 boxes of tramadol painkillers, 11.3 pure grams of heroin and a 139g bottle of a substance which is believed to be opium.
