Dh50,000 prize for Abu Dhabi entrepreneurs
The Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development has launched of the second phase of its workshop programme Akoun, which aims to develop entrepreneurship among Emiratis. Groups of students will compete with each other by putting a business plan together and applying for financing through the Khalifa Fund or other financial institutions.
Three winners will be selected from Abu Dhabi city, Al Ain and Al Gharbia with a Dh50,000 winning prize. Ten universities are participating in the campaign.
The deadline is April 30.
