RAK man turns himself in after body of his wife found
A man confessed to the murder of his wife at their home in Ras Al Khaimah, police reported yesterday.
The Arab suspect, age 47, had turned himself in after a national search was launched when his 38-year-old wife's body was discovered by their son on Sunday afternoon.
A witness had told police that they receive a call from the husband where he confessed to the murder of his wife and asked the friend to care for his children.
A broken knife, believed to the murder weapon, was found at the scene. The case has been referred to public prosecution.
