Former RTA worker denies forging letters to con photographer in Dubai
A photographer was duped into taking pictures for the Roads and Transport Authority's archive, Dubai Criminal Court heard yesterday.
JA, from Lebanon, only discovered the authority did not hire him when he tried to collect his payment, and officials told him there was no documentation of such an agreement.
Prosecutors say a former employee of the transport body, Emirati AS, 34, forged the commissions using official letterheads in 2008.
She denied the charge. The next hearing is on March 10.
