Doctor fails to appear in Moosa case

A forensic doctor whose findings are disputed by lawyers for the convicted child killer Rashid al Rashidi failed to appear in the appeals court yesterday. The lawyers had challenged the forensic report, claiming it did not note an exact cause of death for Moosa Mukhtair Ahmed, 4.
