Ajman murder: Jilted man tells girlfriend to see him 'in fires of hell'
Prosecutors in Ajman are investigating a case in which a 28-year-old GCC national killed his Asian girlfriend, 23, and promised to meet her in the fires of hell.
The crime was committed last month in a hotel suite and the killer surrendered himself to police two hours after the murder, said Tariq Rashed, Ajman's chief prosecutor.
The woman had tried to end their relationship and, after drinking alcohol in the hotel, the man turned violent, throwing her phone out of the window and asking her why she was ending the relationship and insulting him.
He used his hands to suffocated the woman and told her to be waiting for him in hell to meet again.
