Al Ain Zoo celebrates Eid with free admission for children
Al Ain Zoo is extending its opening hours and offering children under the age of 12 free admission for Eid Al Adha.
To mark the holiday, from October 26 to 28, the zoo will be open from 10am to 10pm daily.
Normal hours of 9am to 8pm will resume after the Eid holidays on October 29.
The zoo will also showcase dance performances to pay homage to the diverse countries its animals come from. These will include Al Harbia, a traditional local dance, Dabka, an energetic Indian dance, and some traditional African dances. With temperatures dropping the animals are expected to become more active, management has said.
