8km traffic jam on Sheikh Zayed Road

A traffic jam spanning more than eight kilometres stopped vehicles on the Sheikh Zayed Road yesterday near the Abu Dhabi border after three cars collided with a vehicle towing a large yacht at about 4pm.

There were no injuries.

Drivers must seek police approval before towing large objects.
