Pregnancy sickness varies among women but usually occurs only in the early stages of pregnancy, between weeks four and 16. Drink warm water throughout the day: it is vital that you stay hydrated, as dehydration will make you feel much worse and can be dangerous for both mother and baby. The warm water relaxes the body from the inside, settling the stomach, and is much better than drinking cold water.
