Motorcycle stuntmen are that rarest of breeds: they dare to do the things that mere mortals can only dream of (or have nightmares about). Nevertheless, one man probably inspired all the rest and even today, Evel Knievel, the Seventies showman, remains the daredevil that all others are compared to. Unsurprisingly then, we kick off this week's top five with the man himself.
