Cons As with many villas in Jumeirah, the interiors of this property are looking a little dated. The fittings in the bathroom and kitchen, in particular, could do with a refresh. The lawn is also looking a little scraggly, so may need some work

We say Properties in Jumeirah don't come onto the market very often so if you're looking to live in this part of Dubai (which for our money is one of the nicest in the city) it's definitely worth a visit.
