On the Market: luxury and convenience in Dubai Marina

A three-bedroom apartment in Al Seef Tower offers accessibility, convenience and comfort.

Dh250,000: Annual rent for a three-bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina

Features This 3,553-square-foot apartment is located in the 44-storey Al Seef Tower, directly opposite Le Mridien Mina Seyahi. Media City and Marina Walk are within walking distance, as is a Carrefour Express. There is a taxi stand nearby, and Sufouh Road and Sheikh Zayed Road are easily accessed.

Pros Al Seef features some of the most spacious apartments in Dubai Marina. This one has three bedrooms, a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a family room. It offers views of the sea and The Palm Jumeirah. Communal facilities include a gym, swimming pool, games room, Jacuzzi and sauna.

Cons This is in the upper bracket of what you can expect to pay for a three-bed in this part of town. And rent has to be paid in one cheque.

They say Affordable luxury.

We say Its on the 28th floor so youll need to have a head for heights. The views and spaciousness are plus points but this isnt necessarily what wed refer to as
a bargain.
