Pros The living area is not huge but the bedrooms are good sized, with lots of cupboard space and lovely en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom and living room offer sea views. The apartment has one allocated parking space and the kitchen is fully fitted with Boch appliances.
Cons There are no retail facilities in the community, but a mini supermarket is due to open this month. Retail stores are also scheduled to open in nearby St Regis Saadiyat Island Resort in the first quarter. The beach is a five-minute drive away as the stretch in front of the development is not open to the public.
