On the Market: A three-bedroom with sea views in Al Raha

A three bedroom apartment in Al Bandar offers stunning views and spacious living areas but comes with a high price tag.

Annual rent for a three-bedroom apartment in Al Raha Beach

Features The apartment is located on the 7th floor of Nassem Tower A in Al Bandar. Rent can be paid in two cheques.

Pros The apartment measures 173 square metres, with an additional 129 square metres of balcony area. It offers views of the sea and marina and two assigned underground parking spots. It has been finished to a high spec and communal facilities include pools, tennis and squash courts and a gym. The community is home to a Spinneys supermarket, a pharmacy and coffee shops, as well as the Ornina and Nolu's restaurants.

Cons Because it's near the airport and lies in the flight path, it can get noisy.

They say This is an amazing apartment with a large terrace and unobstructed sea views. You also get exclusivity, as there are only about 500 apartments in Al Bandar.

We say A well-designed apartment with spacious outdoor areas and sea views.
