New menu at Traiteur
Chef Simon Wipf has given the menu at Traiteur, the French restaurant at the Park Hyatt in Dubai, a makeover. The new concept is described as “bistronomic” and sees the kitchen taking the food in a more casual direction, with most dishes designed to be shared. October specials include corn-fed chicken with roasted salsify and figs and whole baked sea bass. Fear not, amid all the change, the famous Traiteur brunch will remain as decadent as ever.
