New chef Shaun Anthony has introduced a brilliant new menu at this top-class seafood restaurant.

Among the Canadian’s signature dishes is a wonderful Barramundi with asparagus-chevre risotto, which looks far less ferocious on the plate than it does in the sea.

The Abu Dhabi Gourmet restaurant of the year just got even better.
