The Three Musketeers

D’Artagnan (Logan Lerman) heads to Paris to become a Musketeer only to find Athos (Matthew Macfadyen), Porthos (Ray Stevensen) and Aramis (Luke Evans) down on their luck after being double crossed by Milady (Milla Jovovich). The trio reunites and joins forces with D’Artagnan to defeat Milady and her villainous employer Cardinal Richelieu (Christoph Waltz), who are plotting to take the French throne and engulf Europe in war. “Although adequately entertaining thanks to lavish production values and game supporting perfs, this anodyne adaptation lacks a killer hook that would help it cross over to a demographic beyond action buffs and fanboys,” said Leslie Ferlperin of Variety. Orlando Bloom also stars.
