Abhay Deol and Viacom 18, the producers of the new romantic dramaOne by Two, have put the film up for rent on Facebook in an effort to fight piracy. The film isn't showing in the UAE, so sign up: it only costs Dh18 for a two-day rental.

Deol said in a statement: Many producers will be happy to know that they now have a new platform to release their films. Traditional ways of doing business are constantly changing in our modern age. This is the 1st Hindi movie available to rent for audiences around the world [except India and Nepal where it is in cinemas] on the films Facebook page, Viacoms page, and my page at $4.99 for a 48-hour rental.

One By Two, a coming-of-age drama set in Mumbai, stars Deol in a lead role alongside his real-life love interest Preeti Desai.
