Le Beaujolais: For all your sustainable and unsustainable fish needs

For many, many people living in Abu Dhabi, Le Beaujolais (in the Mercure Hotel on Hamdan Street, often still referred to as Novotel) is their happy place. I know I would much rather spend an hour or two eating this restaurant's always impeccably cooked steak, off those cute little red-checked tableclothes, and with fantastic service, than shell out many, many more dirhams for a meal that will quite likely pale in comparison.
But a recent addition to their menu gave me pause (and a giggle, particularly the dramatic use of red and green). You have to appreciate any business that attempts to educate the public about sustainable fish choices. But it leaves me wondering - who sees this and then orders the hammour?
